USER MANUAL OPERATIONS 1. Turn the oven ON using the Power Switch at the top of the control panel. Select the desired fan speed using the Fan Speed switch. The appropriate fan speed (HI or LOW) depends on the type of food being cooked. Switch the Fan Mode to COOK. The fan will run continuously when the oven doors are closed (the fan does.
2.Carefully unpack the convection oven and remove all packaging materials.
3.Only operate the convection oven on a dry, level, stable and heat resistant surface.
4.To remove any dust that may have accumulated on the removable parts during
packaging, clean the surfaces with a warm, damp cloth and remove any stickers
(except for any warning/caution stickers). Dry thoroughly.
5.Wash the glass bowl in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

7.Cover the glass bowl with the lid and ensure it is sealed correctly.

9.Fold the handle until it snaps into place. The heating element and fan will only
activate if the handle is folded completely down. As a safety feature, the convection
